Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items Items that show signs of damage, wear, or misuse are not eligible for a refund. 

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return To begin the return process, create a request via our Contact Us page. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed, including where to send your item.

Please note any packages sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Not Satisfied With Your Purchase? If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 3 days of delivery in its original, undamaged condition for a full refund. We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, please reach out and we will make it right.
